Krišs Russman has conducted Madama Butterfly and Cosi fan tutte with Prague State Opera, Tosca with Hungarian State Opera and Kraków National Theatre, Rigoletto with Kiev National Opera, Belgrade National Theatre, Sarajevo National Theatre and the Bolshoi Theatre of Minsk, La Traviata with Latvian National Opera and Armenian National Opera, Il barbiere di Siviglia with Macedonian National Opera, I Pagliacci with Latvian National Opera, The Rake's Progress with Istanbul State Opera, Carmen with Opera Brasov and La Bohème with Ulan Bator State Opera.

Orchestras he has conducted include the London Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre Colonne in Paris, Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra and Augsburg Philharmonic Orchestra in Germany, Nordic Chamber Orchestra in Sweden, Danish Philharmonic Orchestra, Athens Symphony Orchestra, Karlsbad Symphony Orchestra in the Czech Republic, Biel Symphony Orchestra in Switzerland, Pori Sinfonietta in Finland, Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra in Norway, the St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the Bucharest Philharmonic Orchestra, the Durban Symphony Orchestra and Cape Philharmonic in South Africa and the Xiamen Philharmonic in China.

In the 2015/16 season, Krišs Russman made his debut with the Belgrade National Theatre. He also recorded the orchestral music of George Butterworth with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales for BIS Records and the CD was released in the UK on 1st July 2016. The disc received a 5-star review in the BBC Music Magazine and reached No. 1 in the official British Classical Music Chart. 

The 2016/17 season included debuts conducting Rigoletto with the Sarajevo National Theatre and the Bolshoi National Theatre of Minsk, Stravinsky's The Rake's Progress with Istanbul State Opera, Il barbiere di Siviglia with Macedonian National Opera, La Traviata with Armenia's Yerevan Opera Theatre, Carmen with Opera Brasov and a first appearance with the Macedonian Philharmonic at the SOCOM international contemporary music festival in Skopje. The season also included 25 performances of the acclaimed production of Phantom of the Opera at London’s Her Majesty's Theatre. The 2017/18 season included debuts with the Muscat Royal Philharmonic, Galați Opera and Tîrgu Mureș State Philharmonic orchestras. Future engagements includes debuts with the Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra and a first symphonic concert in Poland with the Filharmonia Dolnośląska in Jelenia Góra.
